Direct Printing Coming To iPad, iPhone And iPod Touch

Currently iPad users have to send their documents to a computer to get them printed, either via email or using iPad’s new File Sharing feature in iTunes. Well, none of the options seems handy if we talk about iPad as tablet PC replacing iDevice.

An expert of RoughlyDrafted, Daniel Eran Dilger has recently pointed out that the support pages of iPad’s Pages give you an option to print documents directly from iPad, but with a note that “printing directly from iPad is not currently available” instead of stating that the feature is not available. So, it may be due to the direct printing support feature enabled in iPhone OS 4.0.
